Effective Tactics For Achieving Success And Maintaining Peace Of Mind During Your High-Conflict Family Court Case.
The Agony of Divorce...
It does not show any discrimination. It inflicts a painful impact on parents, non-parents, children, families, and even workplaces.
It leads to psychological issues, suicides, and can cause severe financial ruin.
In fact, many argue that a divorce is even more devastating than losing a loved one.
When children are involved, the devastation can be everlasting. Parents typically endure a custody battle for anywhere between 5 to 10 years and spend significant amounts of money.
The problem lies in the fact that most individuals embark on this process without any knowledge or understanding.
They fail to comprehend the immense costs involved.
They are unaware of the lengthy duration it may take.
And they never acquire the necessary skills to navigate through it.
- Assess and collect pertinent and compelling evidence;
- Interact with their former partner (particularly in contentious situations);
- Skillfully bargain with their former partner as required;
- Provide coherent and convincing testimony in court;
- Handle cross examination from the opposing counsel;
- And many other tasks.
Despite common misconceptions, the majority of attorneys do not provide assistance with these crucial tasks and various others. This is not meant to criticize attorneys. It is advisable for everyone to have legal representation if financially feasible. However, additional support is necessary to improve the likelihood of achieving favorable outcomes and maintaining mental well-being both inside and outside the courtroom.
